About Us
Edward Slavis is a 2001 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering (Aeronautics). He served for five years as an infantry officer in the Marines, to include three combat deployments to Iraq. He is a licensed Realtor in DC, MD, and VA. He began investing in real estate in 2004, and has worked as an investor, consultant, agent, property manager, and instructor ever since. He also holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University. He is currently the Managing Director of S&G Realty. Paul Lehman is a 1988 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering and Cox Fund Scholarship to the Universite de Paris – Sorbonne. He served for seven years as a surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy, to include two combat deployments to the Middle East where he also served as Aide to the senior military commander in the Arabian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm. He is a licensed loan originator in the U.S. serving DC, MD, and VA areas in person. Paul began investing in real estate in 2001 and has worked as an investor, consultant, property manager, design/construction manager, and seminar instructor ever since. He also holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Paul speaks fluent English, Spanish, and French.
